Returns Policy
Customer satisfaction is a top priority for Indic crafts. If you are not happy with your purchase or if you are not satisfied with the product quality, please let us know as soon as possible to address your concerns.
Damaged/ Wrong Product:
If the product is delivered in a damaged or broken condition, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly share pics of the received product, postage label, and transaction number to [email protected], mentioning DAMAGED -your transaction ID at the subject line. And we will happily arrange for a replacement or a full refund for you.
Returns:
For any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt (the returned product should arrive at us within 14 calendar days). Kindly email [email protected] by mentioning RETURNS – your Transaction Id at the subject line.
Refund is initiated when your item is unused and should arrive at us in the same condition that you received it. Once we receive the package, post-inspection, we will initiate a refund within 14 days of receipt. The delivery cost should be bored by you.
How to return:
Wrap the unused item securely in its original package. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Please retain the return postage receipt until you get back your refund.
Cancellation:
After purchasing, if you change your mind and do not want the product to be delivered, please call us or drop a mail to [email protected] within 6 hours, mentioning CANCELLATION – your Transaction ID at the subject line.
Wrong delivery of the parcel:
If by any chance the customer provides the wrong postal address, and the parcel is delivered to the provided incorrect address. We do not take responsibility for it. You can discuss this with the courier agent by the tracking number supplied to you. If the corresponding courier company charges for redelivery, it has to be bored by the customer only.
